Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. What plugin are you using for this?
shipping cost based on weight and price
Hi,
I understand you are using WooCommerce, however WooCommerce out-of-the-box does not support calculation of shipping cost based on weight so you are probably using another 3th party plugin for that?
You are right
the client uses these two plugins to set shipping and taxes:
1. WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping
2. WooCommerce Shipping & Tax
Our plugin supports two table rate plugins:
- The official WooCommerce table rate shipping plugin from WooCommerce
- And the table rate shipping plugin from bolder elements
When you are using any of the above one adding shipping costs to your feed should work with our plugin, please see: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/
With regards to the “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plugin: that one is not supported by our plugin so whatever extra features that brings you, unfortunately, wont be able to use that with our plugin.
All clear, can I ask you a favour, can you send me the link of the official WooCommerce table rate shipping plugin from WooCommerce?
Thanks
Thank you very much, we have that one in use.
Please see the screenshot for confirmation: https://prnt.sc/13h1k7k
The shipping prices are categorised using the parameter “Shipping Class”.
If I understand well, in this case, your plugin will be able to pick up the “Shipping Class” and “Shipping Country”, correct?
In addition to this, I guess that the “Shipping Price” will be attributed at the product level depending on the condition. Correct?
I see. So it picks up the condition.
But I need to make sure it pick up the class as well. Does the plugin do that as well? Does it pick up the condition even if is weight?
Apologise in advance for the so many questions
Yes it will puck up on weight conditions and usage of classes too, see:

Thank you very much. This is all I needed to know
Hi,
so, in the end, we have switched to your plugin.
I have tried setting it up to make the shipping prices appear but it looks like I have done something wrong.

Can you please help?
Thanks,

Hi Simone,
I can’t tell from your screenshots but you need to make sure that the country you have selected when creating a feed matches the country for which you have set up your WooCommerce shipping settings.
So when you have created a feed for the United States then the shipping zones region also needs to be for the United States otherwise nothing will be added to your feed. Did you do that?
Hi,
This is the table rate with the shipping zone: https://ibb.co/Yjfpr1B
And it is set to United Kingdom
This is the screenshot of the feed settings: https://ibb.co/LYQLkVM
It is set to United Kingdom too

Let me know if you neeed anything else.
Definitely I have mistakenly set some wrong variables. Let me know.
