I have list chosen, not thumbnails. And each post has thumbnails anyway.
I want to delete the second related post and can’t find a way to do it.
You can exclude posts by tags or categories. So I’d add a tag to that 2nd post (eg “don’t recommend” or anything) and then excluded all posts using that tag. Eg https://i.imgur.com/vrYOFc4.png
What are those blue icons? Very strange
Those are the default thumbnails for posts that don’t have a featured image. It looks to me like you might want to instead use the lists display or add featured images to your posts.

Here’s how:
1. From WordPress admin dashboard, under “Settings” click “YARPP”
2. Click “Help” in the top-right corner
3. Click “Optional Data Collection” tab on the left
4. Copy all the monospaced text
