    I think I found a bug in the Residential Indicator. Is it possible to just mark all shipments as residential?

    It is mismarking residential addresses when the address is put in improperly. For example: Say the address is 1010 Main Street (which is residential). But that same town has 11 Main street as commercial. If the customer enters their address as 1o1o (using letters instead of numbers), it will read it as if it is 11 instead of 1010. This is a problem as sadly too many people think they can substitute an o for a 0.

    Hi @dwdonline,

    Our UPS live rates plugin allows to determine the Destination Address Type and set it as a fixed value, however, this feature is available only in the PRO version. This forum is dedicated only to the free one and unfortunately due to its ToS we are not supposed to discuss about the PRO features here.
