Nested areas

Hello,
I’m facing a use case right now where two clickable areas are one totally inside the other.
Like, as an example, a big circle and a smaller circle inside.
How can I solve this?
Is there a concept of z-level for clickable areas or is there a way to draw a donut-like area?
