Multiple uploads not sent to email

Hi there,

We have multiple uploads set so that photos can be sent to us with a submission. When one photo is attached, the email sends fine to our indicated email address. However, when multiple uploads are attached (all within the max file size), we don’t receive the email nor the notification, but it does turn up in the submissions area in WordPress.

How can we have these submissions with multiple file uploads also send to our email account?
