Relevanssi Update 1.7.3

I noticed in the change log that this new released version fixes: code that created database indexes was broken. I am confused however. Does the update fix an existing installation? I noticed in the change log it says this: “say “ALTER TABLE wp_relevanssi ADD INDEX (doc)” and “ALTER TABLE wp_relevanssi ADD INDEX (term)” to your MySQL db to fix this for an existing installation.”

Does this mean I have to manually repair the database? I am not good with databases. I think it easier to uninstall the plugin delete the tables and reinstall? If so, let me know which specific tables to delete.
