Hello — I’m trying out the free plugin before I dive into buying the Premium version. I’m coming across an error when using the dropdown for a custom taxonomy – the results show all content, not filtered.

For example, on my page above. When using the shortcode [searchform dropdown=”category”], the search works perfectly and filters the results based on the selected category. (Please see the first search form in the page linked above).

However, in the second search form — the dropdown itself works as expected and shows the different values for the taxonomy “legal-content-type”. However, when selecting one of those values from the dropdown and conducting the search, the search results show all content, unfiltered.

Please let me know if this is something I can fix with the Premium version, or if there’s another fix I should be looking at. Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi – I think I might have figured it out. I was using JetEngine, and saw in your other thread that Relevanssi might not work with custom post types from JetEngine. I switched to Pods, using taxonomies, and it’s now working. Thank you.
