    Some of the elements are brilliant. It is clear the developers have some talent.

    However it’s let down by awful and often non-existant documentation, loads of bugs, a broken live copy feature, a weaker selection in the template library than other plugins, and poor English throughout the product.

    And as for the website claiming, for the pro version, that they have 24/7 Premium Support? Laughable.

    We checked our system and there is no issue with Live Copy and also Templates Library working well.
    Sometimes Templates Library occurs issue due to a database permission issue. In this case, we will recommend you to contact our support team and we will check your debug log to give you a solution ASAP.
    Every problem has its own solution, the product is big so it’s possible to get the minor issue and if you will help us to find the issue that would be very helpful for us.
