I can understand what you are looking for but currently, there is no control added in the Nav Menu widget to disable the Breakpoint. For that reason, It is currently not possible to set the Menu to appear in full width for the Mobile devices. It is also not recommended to remove the Breakpoints as the layout will not display properly which can break the User Experience.
But, if you believe this is something we should work on, then kindly add this as a Feature Request. The link to the Feature Request portal is available on the USEFUL LINKS section of the Plugin Details page.
