Floating user instructions font and positioning problem

Hi, thanks for a nice plugin!

I’m getting issues with changing font of the floating window.
.cp_cff_14 #fbuilder .uh-tooltip {font-size: 14 !important;}
don’t change anything.

And the second issue is happens when floating window is big enough, so it covers the help icon. And then window starts to blink reloading because it’s basically under a cursor. Is there an option to reposition this window?
