Cache warming needed?

Hello,
the site I manage is quite large (a migrated copy it’s already on your servers), and when I call up a page or article that is not visited often, the loading is slow. Once cached everything is fine but the first time it is really too slow. Is there any way to preload the cache or should I use an external cache warming service?
