    Hi there,

    I have purchased the plugin in the past but I didn’t renew it. Now I just need to use it without the updates and support. Unfortunately, I can’t find the download link to the plugin.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    The download link is not available anymore after the license expires.
    We suggest buying a new license in order to use our pro feature. Using an outdated version may have the unwanted effect and create incompatilbilities on your website functionality.

    But don’t you think this is a validation of your license agreement?

    Because I purchased the license before, I should be able to use it without upgrading my license. It seems to me your company is forcing people to buy the license.

    Thank you for reaching us!

    We don’t keep old versions of our plugin on our website.
    You will need to take the files from a website that had a version compatible with your period when your licesing was active and use it.
    (You can download them from the plugins’ folder from a website where you installed them).

    It is clear that translatepress is coercing the users to buy the plugin by not providing the download. I thought archiving different versions of the plugin is fundamental to any software company. I won’t recommend this plugin to any new users. The company violates its own rule.

    Hi,

    I thought you had the paid plugin more recently, but it’s been more than a year since your license expired. At that time, I think we were still using separate modules/addons for each major functionality we had, right? We have repackaged our products, so that template is no longer used and would not work properly now (so it didn’t make sense to still have a download link for that version).

    So now, all the individual addons are integrated into a major addon specific to each subscription type now.  I found one of them on my personal computer (it is attached to this message). I hope it helps you.

    We will close this topic as it is already lead in topics related to the paid version of the product.
