• Plugin is great, very simple and does what’s it’s supposed to.

I use it to disable pretty much all the image sizes my themes automatically generate/add so save files/inodes on my hosting. Very useful.

Last update added a watermark/signature at the bottom of all my website. Luckily there’s an option to disable this unwanted/unasked feature but it’s pretty shady that by default it’s set to ON. Had to go to all my website that use this plugin and disable this “feature”. Shady practice.

    Hi @dcarock

Thanks for your feedback. But, the footer credit it adds isn’t ON by default. If you go through the setup wizard, there’s an option in the last step asking to allow the footer credit, which is unchecked by default. And the footer text doesn’t show up in you keep that unchecked.

Please do not LIE to the community.

By Default the footer credits is ON.

It was set to ON on every website that automatically updated your plugin. Losing a lot of respect here.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant it isn’t on if you go through the setup wizard and this is why we also included it in the settings screen to opt-out.

So it’s Off by default for those trying to setup the plugin but ON by default for those who are already using it? How does it make sense?

I think he’s trying to say:

If you go trough the plugin setup/walkthrough, then you have the option to disable that “feature”.

But if you have the plugin already setup, I’m saying the “feature” is by default ON.

Also I should add: it adds a section at the very end/bottom of your website that often doesn’t match the design of your website at all. On one of my websites it just added a green “bar” at the very bottom of my website.
