Data Not saving in Google Sheet

    My Google Access Code is “Currently Valid”.
    Connected email account: [my account]@gmail.com.

    When I complete the form and submit it, an email is sent to my gmail account.
    However, nothing is populated into the Google Sheet.
    I don’t know why as I believe I’ve followed the instructions correctly to set up the integration between Contact Form 7 and Google Sheets.
    Please help!!

    Hi @ashif141,

    Thanks for using our plugin.
    Can you check for any error in the log file? You can open it by clicking the Debug Log “View” link on the integration page.

    If it is blank, then deactivate the authentication and reauthenticate again with a fresh new code and make sure all the required permissions are given.

    Refer to our documentation for authentication and connection.

    Also, make sure the header names are added with the same name as the input field name.

    If the issue persists do contact our web support for a quick fix.
