    Hey,

    How did you go about adding it? You would have to hook to this plugin as this plugins was designed to only customize standard WooCommerce emails.

    Sorry, that goes beyond what we can offer you with free support. If you’re adding the new emails with a plugin you can reach out to that plugin and ask them to add a hook for you.
