File too heavy

We have installed and configured Updraft on a website that distributes a lot of embedded MP3 files. Updraft refuses to backup large files: the message on Mon, April 24, 2023, at 15:42 Alert: A very large file was found: “uploads/2023/01/temp/Sur le zinc 3.wav” (size: 605.6 MB) – two unsuccessful attempts were made to include it and it will now be omitted from the backup. We are exporting to DROPBOX. Where does this limitation come from? How can we work around it?
