    I am trying to use Jetpack for email subscribers to my blog. A large number of people tried to sign up yesterday (including myself) and I received this email response: “

    The list of subscribers you added to your site seems to have triggered our security filters. Sorry for the hassle!

    It’s nothing to worry about, and our Support team is on hand to help get you back on track. Drop us a line, and we’ll help you to get this resolved as quickly as possible.”

    The “drop us a line” goes to the main support page with no way to make contact with any support.

    Help!!

    Hi there – Our system indicates that the import failed due to the subscriber’s email having too many pending blog or comment subscription invite requests.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend reaching out to the subscriber directly and asking them to review their subscription invites. They may have pending requests that need to be addressed before our system can successfully import them to your subscriber list.

    Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
