Also, I have another site where I am able to see the business unit option but when filling out a form, it still tags the wrong business unit.
This feature is broken. Can someone help please.

First, could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin?
To better understand and diagnose the issue with selecting and updating the business unit, we would greatly benefit from a HAR file.
This file will record any network errors that occur when you encounter the spinning wheel in the Settings tab.
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to capture a HAR file.
Once you have the HAR file, please email it to us at: [email protected]
This will give us a clearer picture of what’s going wrong.
