Icon alignment on long titles, categories and doc-page lists

Everywhere that icons are used, they are out of alignment when there is a long category title/document title. There are bits and pieces of code scattered throughout the forum. Please can you provide a single set of CSS code we can all use on EVERY list, no matter where it appears. It needs to respect the custom settings – a couple that I tried put all the single line titles OUT of alignment, but didn’t fix the double lines.

If I increase the line height on the heading “Chapter 11…” It does the same.
On the table of contents, if the heading is too long, the icon is centred between 2 rows, instead of being aligned with the first row.
