    I have checked the issue URL and I am seeing there are mixed content errors in the console of the website which are the reason for the image gallery issue. Please fix the mixed content issue by following the instructions mentioned in this guide: https://wpastra.com/docs/mixed-content/

    Hello, thanks for helping me.

    I’ve checked the help page linked and tried to follow the instructions.

    1. It looks fine in my host provider (OVHcloud) settings. It says SSL is installed andworking.
    2. So I continued with the plugin “Better Search Replace” as advised, but now it says to enter the old domain name and the new one. As if I changed the domain name. But I didn’t… So I don’t know if or what the old domain name might be. Can you see it from the errors that you found?
    3. I’m taking over from the previous person who managed the site and am building a new site (so on the same domain name). I deleted the old site, removed the “www” folder via FTP, upgraded PHP to the latest version, and finally installed WP anew. Did I mess up?
    4. I’m not knowledgeable in development, but last year I had to configure access to our domain for microsoft 365 and our newsletter app, is it possible that I made a mistake that messed up our SSL certificate ?

    Hi, thank you it works, but when I reload the page it reverts back to http so the image doesn’t load.

    How do I force the spectra’s thumbnails to always use https ?

    It seems it is reverting due to cache. I would suggest you please get in touch with the hosting provider and clear the server-side cache.

    Unfortunately, I have to upgrade to a pricier subscription with my host provider to get the server cache option.

    Even if I buy it and clear the cache, does this mean I have to this every for each thumbnail of every image gallery I use? ie: change the hptts line with the console, then clear the server cache?

    Isn’t there another way?

    This issue concerns the hosting SSL/TLS certificate implementation and server configuration. I would suggest you to get in touch with the hosting provider and share the details with them as they are the right ones who can assist you with this issue.
