[text] => I went in with my roommate who has herniated discs in her back. We made an appointment for 4:15 and showed up at 4:00. I made the appointment because the website specifically says that appointments are taken before walk-ins. This is false as everyone else was called in before us. I had my paperwork in on time and didn’t get seen until 4:25. My roommate who made an apt at the same time wasn’t seen until 4:40. The ladies weren’t at all helpful or friendly. Giving snappy vague answers to any questions I asked. By the time we left my roommate was almost crying and I was just ready to be gone.
