Plug-in error

    <font _mstmutation=”1″></font>I want to install the plug-in, but I get an error saying that it’s already there. I think I need to remove it from the site (/home/1247071.cloudwaysapps.com/fednxuugvv/public_html/wp-content/plugins), but it doesn’t solve it even if I connect to it. Help.

    I downloaded the Rank math plug-in as an upload, but it doesn’t activate and only tells me that it’s already installed.

    From the sounds of it, you need to access your site via FTP or Cloudways File Manager if they have that and remove the plugin folder manually. in wp-content/plugins/, right click on the folder and delete.

    Then you should be able to re-install.
