Hello @raniev
Thank you for your message.
If you don’t want to offer Express Payments, I suggest using the classic checkout instead. Here’s how you can set it up:
- Go to the “Edit page.”
- Click on the three horizontal dots in the right corner.
- Choose “Code editor.”
- Remove any existing code.
- Enter
[woocommerce_checkout].
I recommend testing this change on a staging site or making a backup of your live site before trying it. Once implemented, let us know if this resolves the issue with the credit card options not appearing.
Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
Kind Regards,
Krystian
Hi Krystian, thank you for your answer.
Deleting the “checkout” block and just using one of both, the “sortcode” or the “classic checkout”, seems it solve the issuue but now, although the “Advanced card processing” form appears, this don’t show appropietly the label texts, and it give to my users a bad ux: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N0VIgCJGAlQi5uxBuMjkbQLU7rYm2Kmb/view?usp=sharing
Can you help me to solve this?
Thank you in advance!
Hello @raniev
I would recommend testing this with a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
However, most likely this issue seems more related to your theme and its compatibility with the hosted fields in the Advanced Card Processing form. It doesn’t appear to be something we can resolve directly from our side.
Let me know how it goes!
Kind Regards,
Krystian
