When I went to the Brute Force admin login URL for my site, I got: “The requested URL was not found on this server.” Since the latest AIOS update to 5.3.5, It appeared my WordPress admin location reverted to wp-admin.

But, that was just a symptom of a larger problem. No pages in the site, other then the home page, would load. The AIOS update likely broke the .htaccess file.

    Hi @mlipenk,

While updating AIOS, It tries to write the htaccess file, which seems to have broken that file. But it is not a general issue, It is some kind of an intermittent issue.

I will create an internal ticket to check in more detail.

/wp-content/aiowps_backups folder should have the .htaccess file backup when the AIOS updated before writing to .htaccess, you may access using file manager and restore from there.

Same issue, latest update broke all my sites. Had to roll back to a previous version and deactivate auto-update until fix is delivered. Too bad, I really love your plugin.

    Hi @mattcanto,

Can you please cross check the error log and see what is causing the error?

If the issue is php fatal error can not declare class the AIOS 5.3.6 released for it.

PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class AIOS_Firewall_Resource_Unavailable,

PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class AIOS_Firewall_Resource

Do you have a broken .htaccess file? If yes, can you share it with pastebin.com using the burn after read option. Please remove any information related to site before sharing.

    Hi hjogiupdraftplus,

Sorry, I don’t have them as I did a rollback of the sites with 5.3.4 version. But thanks a lot for your quickness, version 5.4.6 has fixed everything for me. Great work !

    Best regards,
