How to Backup with phpMyAdmin 2.6.0

I already read this guide

but there aren’t options that appear in phpMyAdmin 2.6.0, and I don’t know if the information is still accurate for the version. This is how I ended up following the instructions, could someone please confirm if I made it correctly?

In the left side it was the database name.
