How to remove Linked Blogs from WordPress.com | ww.wp.xz.cn

linked blogs cause spam emails to be sent to me and cant be removed or transferred. only option seems to be to delete my wordpress account. not sure which genius came up with that setup?

Your question refers to a website hosted at wordpress.COM. However, you are here in the forum of ww.wp.xz.cn. The difference is explained here, for example:
