Free YITH gift card issue

    Hello I am using the free gift card version and I have an issue adding pictures to the gift card product the gallery options is not available and when I uncheck the box save and recheck the gallery options is available again but even associate pictures, on the product page the pictures are displayed but by selecting one the product picture does not change… Do you have a any idea please ? Regards

    Hello there,
    thanks for contacting us!

    I recommend you perform the following tests to see if the problem disappears at some point:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2017.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that is in conflict.
