    Can you try temporarily disabling all cache plugins, clearing the cache, and then trying to re-connect?

    If the issue persists, please share your site’s system status report using PrivateBin, as well as some screenshots of the error.

    Sorry, this was a stupid error on my part, I thought I was using the latest version of the plugin when I wasn’t. Updating the plugin solved the issue.
