Hi @ogormask,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It looks like your site is hosted on WordPress.com, which means Jetpack is already built in, there’s no separate plugin to install or uninstall, and some instructions you’ve seen on https://jetpack.com/support/ may not fully apply here.
Could you let us know exactly what you’re hoping to do with the Facebook import? For example, are you trying to connect Facebook, so your posts are automatically shared, or are you looking to pull content from Facebook into your site?
That will help us guide you to the right place!
Looking forward to your reply!
the jetpack connection is missing. I am trying to pull all the facebook data and put it as posts on WP. I do not want to embed it. I want the data directly on it.
Hi @ogormask
Thanks so much for sharing what you wanted to achieve. Facebook posts to WP post, right?
To start, note that Jetpack features are actually included into WordPress.com plans, which is why you couldn’t uninstall it, as my colleague mentioned. In short, your site is always connected to Jetpack.
To securely transfer posts or notes from Facebook as separate posts on your WordPress.com site, the process actually starts from Facebook (https://facebook.com/dtp). You’ll need to use Facebook’s data transfer tool and select WordPress.com/Jetpack as the destination.
Let us know if you have any questions. Or if you need help with something specifically related to your plan and need to share private information, you can contact WordPress.com support using this link.
I did that before and it did not work.
Notes transfer to WordPress.com/Jetpack
Please go to WordPress.com/Jetpack to review your transferred notes

I am trying to do it again but it does not give me the option to do it for my actual page I created. If I select instagram it does not offer jetpack as an option. On your instructions it says I should be able to see a connection tab on WP but I do not see a connection option.
