Thank you for contacting us and for including the screenshot of where your feed connection gets stuck.
In the screenshot, a list of your Facebook pages should be displayed, but it is not. To fix this please do the following:
- Visit the following Facebook URL while logged in to your personal profile: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools.
- On the settings page, next to the Smash Balloon Social app, click “View and Edit” and make sure all of the permissions are toggled on.
- Click Save changes
Next, follow the steps below on your website:
- Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings
> remove any connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon.
- Click the Save Settings button.
- Click the Add Source button, click the blue Connect button, and go through the connection process again.
- For any existing or legacy feed, go to the specific feed options > Settings > Sources and select the newly connected source. Screencast: https://a.supportally.com/v/riiZcZ
- Once your source has been added, click the “Save Changes” button on the settings page
