    hi there after i have upgrade google for woocomerce app the whole site is down and i get error.

    Could you clarify the type of crash you experienced? For example, are you unable to access the admin dashboard, is the front end of your site not loading, or is the entire site showing an error? You can share a screenshot using snipboard.io.

    Thank you for sharing the error details. It seems the Google for WooCommerce plugin may not have updated properly.

    Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate the Google for WooCommerce plugin.
    2. Delete it from your plugins list.
    3. Download a fresh copy of the pluginfrom here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/ and install it again on your site.

    After reinstalling, please check if the issue still occurs and let us know the results so we can assist you further.

    If you still face the same issue, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
