I add a sectors and custom fields in the directory builder— content but after that I saw these new custom fields in the single page preview ( website front page) but all of them are empty.

I don’t see this custom fields in the add listing pages or add listing form in the frontpages.

    Hello

    Thank you for reaching out.
I think you are using the Pricing Plan extension and the fields are not allowed in the pricing plan you have attached to the listing. If not, please contact to the support channel here – https://prnt.sc/cKSW-z2RTXrs. They will solve the issue on your website.

    In the single-page layout :
I add more custom content and sectors

    The problem:
When I add a new listing item, I don’t find these new custom content items to fill data for the listing.

in this link I add New Section1,New Section2 and includes two custom content (Q , Z ) respectively, but the problem are both of them not shown in the new listing:

    Hi Ahmed,

Thanks for the details and the sample link.

Please try these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Remove & Re-add
      – In Directory Builder → Single Page Layout, delete the custom sections (e.g., New Section1 and New Section2) along with their fields (Q and Z).
      – Recreate those sections and fields, then save.
    2. Pricing Plan Check
      – Go to Directorist → Pricing Plans.
      – Edit the plan attached to your listings and make sure the new fields are enabled/allowed for that plan.
    3. Clear Cache
      – Clear any site/cache plugin and browser cache so the updated form and fields display properly.

If you still face issues after these steps, please create a support ticket here so our team can take a closer look and guide you further.

    Kind regards,
