Dynamic maximum submission number

Hi all,

I would need to have the expiration of the form after a number of submission that is taken dynamically from somewhere in wordpress… to understand what would be the best solution.

Briefly, I have a form template that I use for different courses that have a different maximum of subscriptions… the form is linked to the post via a Pods relationship variable present in the More Field of the post itself.
All works perfectly till now but I would love to have the limit of submission taken from another field of the post (Pods variable, or something…) in order to have it dynamic.

Would it be feasible?
