Thank you for report.
Please do the following steps:
– please review the IP from: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/general/#server-ip and make sure is the right one(server IP)
– also check the IP from QC Settings: https://docs.quic.cloud/troubleshooting/imageopt/#incorrect-server-ip
