Unable to connect Facebook account / Empty account list / Permission error

    Hi Team,

    I am facing a persistent connection issue with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

    Issue:

    • During setup, the Facebook account / Page list appears empty
    • I cannot assign my Facebook Page or Business Portfolio
    • I get permission-related errors even though I am the admin
    • WooCommerce support confirmed this is a Facebook plugin issue (Ticket #10628872)

    What I’ve already tried:

    • Removed and reinstalled the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin
    • Cleared site cache and browser cache
    • Tried connecting using different browsers
    • Verified I am admin on Facebook Page, Instagram, Ad Account, and Business Portfolio
    • Attempted reconnection multiple times over several days

    This store is about to go live, and this issue is blocking catalog sync and Meta integration.

    Please help investigate asset ownership, permissions, or stale Meta connections tied to my site.
