    Hi,
When a client pays by Apple Pay on the website, the order is created and showing as “processing”, but the payment doesn’t arrive in the Payment section. So this is like if the transaction was failing, but is showing as “processing”.
Otherwise, when payment are done by credit card, everything is ok !
FYI, everything is up to date on the website.

Anyone has faced this issue ? Any help appreciated, thanks !

    Hi @photoman6300,

I understand you’re experiencing an issue where Apple Pay orders show as “processing” but the payments aren’t appearing in your WooPayments dashboard, while credit card payments work fine.

I tested on my side and it works fine: https://share.zight.com/qGuL8pKD. This sounds like there might be a disconnect between the order creation and payment processing for Apple Pay specifically.

A few questions to help troubleshoot this:

    1. Are you seeing any error messages in your WooCommerce logs when Apple Pay transactions occur?
    2. Do these Apple Pay orders eventually change status (like to “failed” or “cancelled”) or do they remain stuck in “processing”?
    3. Are customers receiving order confirmation emails for these Apple Pay transactions?

You can check your WooCommerce logs by going to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and looking for WooPayments-related entries around the time of these Apple Pay transactions. This will help identify what’s happening during the payment process.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi Frank, and thanks for your answer.

    – No, I don’t find any error in the Woocommerce logs relative to this transaction.
    – Order stays as “Processing”.
    – Looking at the Email Log, I see that the client received an order confirmation.
    – In the order, the notes show no transaction, so it really looks like Woocomerce crteated the order even though the payment failed. That would explain why there is nothing in the Payment tab, relative to this sale.

Any other idea on how to solve that situation ?

    Hi @photoman6300,

Thanks for the detailed follow-up! This is quite unusual. The fact that the order stays in “processing” status and customers receive confirmation emails, but there’s no transaction record in the order notes or Payments section, suggests the payment isn’t actually completing despite the order being created.

Since you mentioned everything works fine with credit cards, this points to an Apple Pay-specific issue. Let me help you gather the right diagnostic information:

    1. Go to Payments → Settings → Advanced settings and enable “Log error messages” if it isn’t already enabled.
    2. Test an Apple Pay transaction and immediately check for woopayments entry in the logs. If there isn’t, please share a screenshot. This is how mine looks like: https://share.zight.com/4gupvmn0.
    3. Test for conflicts by deactivating other plugins except WooCommerce and WooPayments and make a test purchase. Do the same by switching to a default WordPress theme link Storefront.

If that doesn’t help, you could share your system status report so we can review the full environment details. You can find this under WooCommerce, Status, then copy the report and share it via https://pastebin.comhttps://quickforget.com, or https://gist.github.com.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

    Hi,

I finally got the time to test and I found what was preventing the transaction to complete with Apple Pay.
We use the “FraudLabs Pro for WooCommerce“, and as soon as I disabled it, everything was working fine !
So it seems that there is an incompatibility with those 2, because for the previous transaction (those not working), FraudLabs plugin was giving a green light, but was preventing the transaction to complete.

    Thanks for your help !

    Hi there!

Thank you for the update. I’m glad to hear you were able to pinpoint the cause. At this point, I’d recommend reaching out to the FraudLabs Pro plugin support team and sharing these details with them, as they’ll be best placed to investigate and address the behavior on their side.

Feel free to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
