Error in stripe payment form

Once my customer get’s to the payment section after selecting all of the dates they would like, the calculation is done correctly, however they then get’s charge a different amount. It does not take into account the second half of the equation, and only charge the summer holiday dates section, and not the add on, even though the price is linked to the Final Price including Discount (if applicable). How can I fix this? Please advice.
