Oh Dear I didn’t finish …. (sorry)
… here the rest
Is there also such thing available under WP? So fare I didn’t see anything. Or must I install a Hack/Plugin?
Thanks for looking into my request and have a nice day
Eddie
Thanks macmanx, as usual you are fast 😉
is there any one you have experienced with in a positive way?
BAStats is nice. Personally, I use ShortStat, which is a PHP script, not a WP plugin (making it easy to use on non-WP pages as well).

Ive used Referral Tracker plugin, and it seems to work fine. Not sure what exactly you’d like to show though. Does have some spam blocking, and you can exclude particular domains, such as your own. You can see it at work at my site in the side bar.
Miklb brings up a good point. If you want Spam-free stats, you’ll have to use a plugin that filters spam, or employ the use of something like Bad Behavior or Referrer Karma.
Thanks for all your replies.
@miklb: you refere to your Recent referrals Title in your sidebar? that’s an interesting statistic. For me I don’t intend to have it in the Sidebar. I feel it will overload the view of my site.
@macmanx: I’ve heard and read about Karma Products. I’m just now looking a bit more detailed at Spam- and Referer Karma.
BTW – I have already in use the Plugin StatTraq from http://randypeterman.com/StatTraq/index.php?cat=1. is it know to confict with Karma Products?
I suppose you could add a plugin that allows for php in pages, and then add one of the stat apps there. However, that would be putting me in water a little over my head, and would have to do some trial and error myself. Good luck.
I’m trying to keept it simple my self as I’m not a php crack. I do rely on help from outside. Ready made Plugins are definitely my favor for now 🙂
I have just released BDP Referral Tracker 1.0 (Pre-release Candidate A).
The <b>BDP Referral Tracker</b> allows you to display statistics in your sidebar on:
- the total number of hits on your site since the plugin was installed
- the average number of hits per day and per hour
- the number of hits in the past day, and
- the sites that have provided a click-through to your site in the past day (with a count of the number of click-throughs).
