500 internal server error after changing reading settings

    I had a wordpress blog up and running.

    However, when I was trying to change the blog page in the reading settings, I have ended up with a 500 Internal server error. None of the website is accessible now.

    my website is http://2011.rnsh.com.au
    and i was trying the make the main blog page http://2011.rnsh.com.au/home

    Is there some way to fix this, or have i lost it all?

    You might have changed the Site URL (?)
    Get access to the MySQL-database and browse table wordpr_options.
    Check the ‘siteurl’ record.
    Edit the path if necessary.
