[Plugin: Category Posts Widget] Version 3.2 seems to break full content layout

I use Genesis theme with this plugin and after updating to latest versions it breaks one of the layout options (layout option for full content with no sidebars). Although the layout issue doesn’t seem related to this plugin I can fix/break the layout issue by disabling/enabling this plugin. Versions I am using as follows:

WordPress 3.1.3
Category Post Widget 3.2
Genesis Framework / Church Theme 1.6.1 / 1.1

The issue seems to occur with a combination of this plugin and Genesis, but it wasn’t present until I updated everything to the latest versions (i.e.: this was working before). So I’m not exactly sure which component introduced the issue.

Is anyone else having this issue or can offer any guidance? Thanks.
