[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] google map in custom field

hello,

I would like to allow my visitors to write their adress in a custom field and automatically display it as a google map.

There is a lot of google map plugins, they almost all require to write the adress within shortcodes. So I would like to know if I should use a custom filter to display the adress as a map?
for instance: [shortcode]adress[/shortcode]
If it is the good way, I took the “demo”filter as template, so I know how to display the closing shortcode: adress[/shortcode] (I put it instead Zorro), but I don’t how to display the opening shortcode?
