When we test or publish privately the shortcodes load properly but once we publish for real, it just shows the shortcode as is instead of loading the gallery.

Are there known plugins that conflict with the gallery? Is there something else we can try?

The way to troubleshoot this is to deactivate all other plugins. If that solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find out by a process of elimination which one causes the conflict.

Thanks, I had tried that but I guess I missed Post Miner. It was the culprit.
