Displaying Custom Taxonomy Meta Fields

Currently I am trying to display custom meta fields within a post.
For example
I am creating a gaming news/review website.
I would like to be able to take news posts and add the game that it corresponds with to a taxonomy term. This term will contain various fields such as who distributes it and what day it is released. I would then like to display that information within the post.

So far I have only been able to display predefined fields such as name and description.
