Guys, do you have any idea how to place it under the page where it should belong? It is forcing its place to sidebar area…

Whoa, that theme code is messy!

Your copyright div is nested inside your sidebar div…not sure which file is messed up, but I would be tempted to start over from the TwentyTwelve theme. It really isn’t that much different, design-wise, and the code is clean.

You have many mark-up errors — which are likely causing that problem, in particular extra or missing tags:
