Switching language must be done in your wp-config.php

http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WordPress_in_Your_Language

If we do not have a translation then it will not show up.

I want to translate plugin into my language (czech). Is it possible? Could we cooperate on this translation? (If you send me necessary files, I will be able to translate them)
