Best Host For Multisite?

    I’ve tried AppFog, Heroku, Level 1 VPS @ Host Gator, and Amazon Elastic Beanstalk. So far I’m using Heroku and it’s great except PHP mail and exlib doesn’t work it can be a little slow at points too. I’m going to try a VPS with cPanel next time. Any input?
