Yes that is the source. The email its self is formatted correctly.
How do I find the mail server? It is hosted by Miva, we have a dev Miva store installed in a sub domain.
I am receiving the emails in Outlook.
When you view source, what are the headers for each part set at? It will look something like this:

It will appear twice — once for text/plain and once for text/html.

how do I find those through Outlook? I dont quite understand. Also it seems as though the = are also in the source code.

Oh, it seems that Outlook doesn’t save a copy of the original email, only the processed version.
I have replicated this issue before. I believe it was due to the mail server changing the Content-Transfer-Encoding header from quoted-printable to something else, without actually re-encoding the content. I put it down to a mis-configured mail server at the time, but I will try to find where this problem actually lies since I suspect this affects a few people.

So I did another test comment but this time to my gmail so I could see the headers, and what do ya know…It looks great! I viewed the original and the = signs are still there but they are used to denote line breaks.

I am also having the same problem – and I also am viewing the messages in Outlook.
Any word on this? I am thinking about changing plugins if we cant work this out. Big problem for us, and others I am sure.

Which version of outlook are you using? I tried with Outlook 2007 but could not replicate the issue.
I am using 2010. That must be the problem.
