Problems using Fantastico

I am having problems installing WP using Fantastico, I keep getting this message:

The installation can not be completed:

– You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

I have installed 11 sites this way but this is the first time I have had this problem. I have nothing in the directory.
