cant login my wp-admin

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred:
i have tried to login from different locations, and different computers,
i could not login,either tells me the webpage was not found, or interrupted. what do i do, i started do it yesterday morning, it was okay. after couple of hours, it started to shut down. now i m still trying to log back i, still could not , anyone knows what the problem is.

i called GoDaddy, everything was fine on their end, I made sure my internet proxies are unchecked, what else do i need to do , i dont really get it, please help.
