Apologies, we did not encounter the errors during testing. I have pulled 4.0 and put back 3.3. Please uninstall and re-download.

It was showing the full file path so I had to get it down quick. In my panic I didn’t copy the errors directly from the page, and for some reason it didn’t get logged. It made a mess out of the sidebar area though.
This site is running the Display Widgets & Enhanced Text Widget. I did notice a conflict with another plugin after these were installed. Maybe one of them threw it into a fit?
I deleted the plugin and just hand coded the FB icon in using a text widget.
